I believe in providing a safe space, working collaboratively with you towards your goals with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. As we build a therapeutic relationship we can explore feelings, where you may feel stuck, learn healthy coping skills and foster growth and healing. I have over 20 years of experience in various clinical settings that include inpatient and outpatient programs both in clinical and leadership roles, working with children, adolescents and adults. Whatever your goals are we can work together to create to create a holistic approach specific for you and what you hope to achieve.
