I am best positioned to serve adult individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship struggles, family issues, grief and loss, health, and midlife challenges—especially during transitional shifts like menopause and changes in family, at the workplace, and in social roles. Many of my clients are insightful and capable but privately feel emotionally stuck or disconnected. They may notice repeating patterns and struggle to find balance and a sense of joy and peace in their lives. What sets me apart? I don’t do one-size-fits-all therapy. I tailor my approach—whether it’s narrative work, solution-focused strategies, family therapy, CBT, or mindfulness—to exactly what you need. I’ve worked with adults facing anxiety, depression, life’s messiness, and relationship chaos (because, let’s be real, we all have that).
