Therapy is a supportive place for you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself in order to heal and grow in the ways you wish for. With compassion and curiosity you will be supported to explore your inner world, where we can identify conditioned responses in your life that were perhaps formed from painful experiences, but no longer serve you, such as shame, anxiety, inner criticism or reactivity. With practice, you can cultivate the experiences you yearn for; calm, confidence, both internally and in your relationships. Therapy practices I utilize are informed by Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Mindfulness and Gottman Method.
