When walking into a therapy room for the first or even the tenth time, you want to feel seen, heard, and understood. I make sure to meet clients where they are and guide them on their journey to re-write their story and create a new narrative. I create a safe, compassionate, space which promotes an environment centered around loving-kindness, empathic understanding, growth, and healing. I am experienced in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and am culturally competent to work with a wide range of communities (inclusive to BIPOC and, GNC, LGBTQIA+, PLWH (people living with HIV/AIDS). I am dedicated to working with all individuals to provide behavioral health care from a multidimensional perspective. I implement a multi-modal approach that utilizes evidenced-based practice to provide care designed to meet the unique needs and individual facets of my clients.
