My ideal client is someone who recognizes the need for change in their life, but may not know how to go about it to produce positive results. I treat adults and teens who are struggling with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship /situationship issues. In addition, cultivating self-awareness and figuring out what goals you have is a big part of therapy no matter what you come in with and is something everyone could benefit from. Being open to talk about hard things is difficult, but also very brave. I see it as a privilege to get to work with those who are ready to make that step in a safe validating environment.
