Thank you for reading my profile. I've been doing individual counseling for the last 30 years, focusing on several different areas. The primary areas that I work in are depression, anxiety, and building a better you. I think one of the biggest areas that we work on is in the here and now. Sometimes we focus on what's happening today and how we make it better. Takes the focus into account of managing forward, as opposed to managing in the past. As we walked that path together, you will understand that a little bit better.
