I focus on providing care to women aged 18 and older who are experiencing a range of challenges, including depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, generalized anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), and trauma. My treatment methods integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness practices, guided imagery, and other supportive approaches to help manage symptoms effectively. Beginning therapy can often feel daunting, especially for those who are new to the process. I strive to create a warm and thoughtful environment, working collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan and set meaningful goals that reflect your unique life circumstances.
