I am an EMDR-trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping clients heal from and cope with a wide range of mental health symptoms, especially those attributable to anxiety, trauma, and depression. With over six years of hands-on experience in the field, I have built upon my skills in order to provide care that is both person-centered and trauma-informed. It is my commitment to help my clients learn, heal, and thrive! I specialize in treating clients who have a history of trauma by utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. From EMDR, clients have been able to heal from symptoms of trauma and experience positive changes to the ways that they think of themselves, others, and the world around them.
