I aim to provide a supportive, collaborative, and affirming space to all people and relationships. I use a strengths-based, Integrative, trauma informed and inclusive approach to healing. I value supportive, and client-centered relationships as a necessary foundation for the therapeutic process. I am passionate about supporting people experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, and interpersonal relationship struggles
