As a first-generation Middle-Eastern therapist, I understand the unique struggles of children of immigrants who feel caught between cultures while managing the expectations of success. I specialize in working with young female professionals navigating high-pressure careers, women in recovery from eating disorders, and individuals healing from childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence. I also work with overachievers and perfectionists who struggle with poor self-worth, professionals and creatives in the entertainment industry balancing passion with career challenges, and those facing chronic low self-esteem.
