We are presented with opportunities in life where we experience an invitation to grow and heal, and we benefit from support in mapping out this journey. We may be engaged in a behavior that is no longer helpful or be experiencing symptoms that are related to life stressors. At times, we may find ourselves in an unexpected times of crisis and upheaval. We are all on paths of healing in some sense, and it is my privilege to assist my clients in coping with life stressors and moving towards a life of fullness and thriving. Therapeutic work helps us find our courage to heal and move forward, and to trust in the process of change.
