I specialize in empowering clients to build self-esteem and self worth, improve body image, and create healthier relationships with self and others. I work with clients navigating relationships, exploring sexual identity, and understanding sexual health in a non-judgmental space. I help clients recognize their attachment style to create more secure and fulfilling relationships. My goal is to guide you toward self-acceptance, healing, and deeper emotional well-being, helping you embrace your worth and live authentically. I practice from a trauma informed, social justice, kink/sex positive, and gender affirming lens.
