My work as a therapist is to assist you to do just that...to help you learn about yourself, but to learn with much more compassion and empathy than you've likely allowed yourself before. Whether you are seeking couple's, individual, or family therapy, I will work with you to understand the issues you name more fully. We will then identify resources, strategies, and tools you can use to address and manage those issues more effectively. I utilize psychodynamic, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based, and relational approaches, and attempt to offer a holistic perspective.
