My main interest is working with teens and adult females to help them feel empowered in their daily lives. My experience is working clients who grew up with alcoholism/addiction in their family of origin, those who struggle with depression and anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, infertility, grief, posttraumatic stress disorder, self harm and eating disorders.
