Taking the first step in seeking out a therapist and beginning this chapter in improving your mental health is by far the hardest and most courageous step you can take – welcome and I’m happy to have you here. I'm the founder and owner of Untangled Path Therapy, a private practice that focuses on adult individuals and couples. A safe, warm, non-judgmental place where you won't only be asked, "How does that make you feel?" Anxiety, relationship issues, women’s issues including: perinatal mental health, millennial women in work/life balance, self-esteem and burnout. Fluent in both Armenian and English, supporting people through a multicultural lens is a component I bring in which is my aim to break cultural barriers and replace them with insight and self-awareness.
