I work with individuals, couples, and families—especially those feeling stuck in roles, stories, or dynamics that no longer serve them. Many carry invisible burdens from trauma, chronic stress, or systems that told them who they had to be. Whether healing alone or in relationship, my clients long for more authenticity, connection, and relief. I offer a trauma-informed space to unpack the past, challenge rigid patterns, and create new ways of being—with self and with others.
