Like most of my clients, I spent years doing all the “right” things to take care of my mental health. I read the books, went to therapy, understood my trauma backwards and forwards, but that didn’t stop the depressive episodes or the way my body would go into panic mode when something triggered a memory. What finally helped was therapy that focused on my nervous system, not just my thoughts. That experience is why I’m so passionate about helping others find that relief too.
