I am a licensed psychologist specializing in CBT for children, adolescents, and adults. I am dedicated to offering state-of-the-art, scientifically-proven psychotherapy for a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. I provide individualized assessment and customized treatment plans with measurable goals so that therapy is short-term, and signs of progress are clear to all. I offer individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducational testing. Additionally, I run a specialized treatment program for insomnia.
