I am part of Handspring Health. We’re a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. I work with children, teens, and families facing communication challenges, cultural identity struggles, anxiety, and depression. They may feel disconnected, unheard, or overwhelmed by family dynamics. My goal is to create a non-judgmental space where they can gain insight, strengthen relationships, and build tools for authentic, fulfilling lives with greater harmony and self-understanding.
