My goal as a Licensed Associate Counselor is to provide a comforting and supportive space where you can feel open to conversing in a judgement free environment. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, families, and groups. I have chosen to take an eclectic approach with my clients, using different therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy.
