Sometimes life brings challenges that leave us in need of additional support. You may find yourself surviving anxiety, hurt in relationship, grieved by loss, or trying to find stability in a life transition. You are not alone. I will partner with you as you face the concerns before you. Therapy can provide the safe and compassionate space needed to share, learn, and move toward healing. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, and life adjustments. I work with couples and offer premarital sessions. I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as the Gottman Method. I have additional expertise and interest in women's issues and young adult concerns.
