Do you often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break? Do you struggle with anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, low self-esteem, or managing big emotions? Are life transitions or daily stressors feeling harder than they “should”? Many of the clients I work with are adolescents and young adults who feel frustrated, exhausted, or misunderstood, often trying so hard to hold everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. They want to better understand themselves, feel more emotionally balanced, and learn tools to cope more effectively with everyday life.
