Maybe you're flat out overwhelmed, exhausted, and questioning if it’s ever enough, stuck in a negative cycle of perfectionism and over thinking. You want to stop this cycle and start feeling at peace with yourself, your choices and who you are. You are craving a space where you don’t have to perform, where you can just be honest with yourself and learn skills to do it without judgement. Therapy is your space to be you; raw and vulnerable with reflection, skill building, emotional processing and insights. Together with honesty, transparency and collaboration, we will create real healing and self-trust focusing on self-compassion, radical acceptance, and grounded support. I use psycho-education, grounding techniques, and gentle challenges to help shift unhelpful patterns. We will develop an individualized and tailored plan to meet your specific needs.
