Let's be honest, this whole "being a person" gig can be rough. The demands of daily life, understanding ourselves and others, and making meaningful shifts can feel overwhelming. My role is to walk alongside you, with compassion and non-judgment, to help pave the way. My practice focuses on supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, and families dealing with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship needs, identity exploration, gender identity/exploration, trauma processing, stress, parent-child conflict, parenting support, and other mental health needs.
