Accepting New Clients: My goal is to help individuals gain more stability and achieve a greater sense of well-being. I believe therapy consists of a team approach in which the client and therapist work together toward concrete goals. I take a skills based approach to help clients manage their symptoms in a healthy way. Some symptoms I have experience working with include depression, anxiety, burnout, disorganized/racing thoughts, mood difficulties and others. I currently work with adults, teenagers, and couples. I also offer assistance to couples who are looking to improve their relationships and communication with one another.
