I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience working in the mental health field. My passion is to support my clients explore how unconscious thoughts, past experiences (especially from childhood), and internal conflicts affect a person's current behavior and emotional state. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, but I want my clients to feel reassured that they will never face their journey alone. It takes tremendous courage to reach out, and I honor that trust by offering a safe, supportive space where you are seen, heard, and understood. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside each client as they work toward healing.
