My role as a psychotherapist is to help you lead a more fulfilling life with both yourself and with those around you. I guide clients to resolve long standing, repetitive conflict cycles using a variety of approaches tailored to each person's needs. Our issues are often rooted in a place that exists beyond words. The work we do will increase your awareness of that place, build empathy, intimacy, and a sense of wholeness with yourself. The work is a collaborative exploration. I am licensed in California and Vermont see individuals and couples in either location. I provide you a superbill so you can be reimbursed from insurance.
