Through understanding and honoring how our stories are held and intertwined within our body, we can intentionally move toward healing. I strive to create a safe, trusted, and relaxed space that encourages and invites your story to be shared and understood and for healing to be experienced in a collaborative way. I work with individuals (preteen and up) and have experience working with an array of chronic and acute issues, stressors, and symptoms. I utilize a person-centered focus with curiosity, authenticity, and humor that is rooted in a trauma-informed lens that incorporates the connection between our body, mind, and spirit.
