Therapy is one of the most unique experiences an individual can gift themselves. I wholeheartedly believe in the art and science of internal evolution and growth. That philosophy is what drives my practice. Life can become extremely complicated at times, however, together we can carefully unravel some of the complexities that may be interfering with reaching your ideal sense of self. I work with adults to facilitate a process which offers an unparalleled opportunity to thoroughly explore/understand origins of one’s pathology by encouraging curiosity and thoughtful reflection to empower individuals to create the life they deserve.
