Hi/Hola! I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and inner peace. With over five years of clinical experience, I’ve worked with people from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. I am also fluent in Spanish and can provide service to this population, as well. My approach to therapy is warm, creative, and down-to-earth. I draw from a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and holistic practices. My goal is to support you in building self-awareness, acceptance, and compassion for yourself as you grow and heal.
