I specialize in adults, and work especially well with women and men who are navigating midlife stress, perimenopause, shifting identities, and deep burnout from years of managing work, family, and other people’s needs. My clients are often high functioning on the outside but exhausted, irritable, overwhelmed, or quietly asking themselves how much longer they can keep doing this. Therapy with me isn’t about endless venting or being told to “just cope better.” My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, with a strong focus on helping you feel better in real, tangible ways.
