Are you open to trying new things to improve your life? I believe you have the ability to find your own solutions if you have a supportive counselor and an environment where you feel safe. We can work together to find your solutions and lasting change. Many of my clients have experienced difficult life transitions, are working through a past or recent trauma, and/or working on building a hopeful and confident future. One option is our equine assisted psychotherapy program, which offers experiential learning with horses on our private horse ranch. I strive to provide a supportive atmosphere so you can feel comfortable taking new risks to choose a new path that works for you.
