I believe emotional balance and connection are the keys to healing and wellbeing. Sometimes, we can feel stuck or lost & I'm here to provide a supportive space to work through life's difficulties. Seeing a therapist does not mean you are broken, it means that you value living a life where you can flourish. Even if you are coming in for one specific reason or goal, I focus on your whole person. Let's get things to feeling better! I work w/ individuals, teens and couples. I can bring a Christian perspective if you would like, but my training is secular, not Christian, so it is only part of our work if the client is seeking that. At Thalia Therapy & Counseling Associates, my number one goal is to help you feel safe and seen with empathy and compassion. I can help with individual needs, such as depression and anxiety, marital/couple's issues, family disruption, and adjustment disorders.
