Psychologist Viktor Frankl once said, “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom” I use this quote as a guiding force in my practice because I truly believe healing is a universal human right, and we all deserve a space to process and grow into our truest selves. I like to integrate philosophical wisdom into my therapeutic approach, and I strive to offer humor, kindness, and a non-judgmental presence. I also understand that cultural humility is an essential foundation for navigating the intimate complexities of therapy. I welcome the opportunity to work with couples, families, adults, and teens facing a wide range of challenges. I blend evidence-based approaches that focus on emotions, thoughts, and the mind-body connection, while creating space for clients to explore elements of their past, present, and future.
