I specialize in assessment and trauma recovery, as we all deserve the tools to keep stepping forward. I work in a way that most clients leave with a new strategy to practice each session. I am trained in EMDR and also use ACT and CBT with mindfulness as therapeutic tools. I specialize in adult and child assessment of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavior, mood, and personality disorders, learning disabilities, and developmental disabilities.
