Amy is a dedicated mental health professional with more than a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples over diverse therapeutic settings. Amy believes in providing a safe environment for individuals, allowing them the freedom to explore their strengths and challenges. Amy graduated from Salisbury University in 2010 with her bachelor’s in social work, and in 2011 with her master’s in social work. In her clinical practice, Amy employs a person-centered approach, utilizing solution focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, or a faith-based approach upon request.
