I provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals and couples who are interested in working on their mental health and wellness. There are many reasons to reach out right now, and I look forward to accompanying you on your path to healing. I approach counseling from a humanistic therapeutic approach and use emotion-focused and mindfulness-based modalities. My goal is to form a genuine alliance with you to support you in this work. I focus on helping those who experience anxiety and depression, relationship and attachment issues, and trauma.
