My goal as a therapist is to create a comfortable and supportive environment in which clients can explore their emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit their full potential. I take an open-minded and non-judgmental approach to client wellness and help clients meet their individual goals. I have experience working with people of all ages as well as with a variety of issues and struggles. I provide individual, couples and group therapy as well as pre and post bariatric surgery counseling and Bariatric Assessments.
