Sometimes, we feel stuck and don't know what we can do to move forward. I enjoy working with people who seek greater understanding of how their moods and behaviors developed, and why their current coping strategies no longer feel useful. I work with, and welcome, people who struggled to find benefit in previous attempts at therapy, and those in need of transitioning to a new therapist. I find great value in working with people struggling to maintain their identity while juggling kids and aging parents, as well as people managing a beloved pets illness or loss.
