Welcome to my page, whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or any other issue you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. I am a veteran in the field with over 15 years of experience with children, families, teenagers, couples, and adults. However, I currently see mostly adults and like to focus on really pushing through those stuck patterns from childhood, trauma, and lifelong insecurities/issues that just don't seem to go away.
