In my therapy practice I work with individuals and couples who are are experiencing anxiety, depression, marital problems, health crises, and issues related to life transitions. In my divorce mediation practice I help couples negotiate all issues related to separating or divorcing in a compassionate and caring setting. I believe that mediation is the smarter alternative for couples and their children during this often difficult time in their lives. As an attorney and clinical social worker, it is my experience that families are less negatively impacted emotionally and financially when engaging in the mediation process.
