Amy is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Masters Addictions Counselor. She specializes in helping people heal from addictions, codependency, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss. She also works with those who need help navigating relationships, parenting, spirituality or who would just like additional coping skills. She utilizes evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy models.
