Believe it or not you CAN make positive changes, you ARE resilient, and you are often stronger than you believe. If you are feeling stuck, struggling to find direction, in need understanding or someone to listen, and are thinking about making positive changes in your life then I am the therapist for you. I have a collaborative approach and seek to empower clients so that they may find solutions to their problems. As part of the therapeutic process I hope to enable clients to feel more confident and secure both internally and in relationships with others.
