I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a national certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapist (CFCBT). I have nineteen years of experience working with adults, families, children, and teens on different issues. I am trained in to work with individuals facing struggles related to parenting skills, developmental and learning disabilities, trauma, abuse, grief, depression and anxiety. I am also a certified meditation instructor who uses mind, body and spirit techniques.
