My work is rooted in considering the ecosystem of mind, body, spirit, & culture in relationship to community & self. My approach involves being curious about you as a whole person & tapping into the complex interplay of your embodied & emotional world. I draw influence from a Relational, Mindfulness, & Depth lens & utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) for clients as needed. As a client-centered therapist, I seek to empower you to define your unique needs & goals for our work together.
