I specialize in helping adolescents prepare for the transition into college & young adulthood, providing CBT & other skills to strengthen their ability to cope, & teaching things like assertive communication, mindfulness, and setting appropriate boundaries. My clients are teens who want to gain more confidence, self-love, and peace. My clients are generation Z and gen Alpha who often desire to reduce overthinking, worrying, & self-judgement.
