My clients are ready for a change. They are ready to take action to stop the ruminations, catastrophic thinking, and change the limited beliefs that have hindered them for too long. Their bodies have been burdened by it, often carrying tension and unexplained pains. Their relationships have been negatively impacted by it, including the most crucial one with themselves. Their mind has been looping with past despairs or future worries that don’t end up happening, and they're exhausted. They want to rid themself of harmful old patterns, have more agency in their life, and reach for their joys rather than fleeing from their fears.
