Choosing a therapist is a difficult decision as therapy can often feel like a scary experience. I believe it is essential to create an environment where the therapist provides the safety necessary for the client to express their vulnerability. Therefore it is my goal to meet the client where they are and gently guide them towards resolution of the issues they wish to address. I believe in a collaborative process where we work together towards specific goals.
