As a therapist, my goal is to help patients cope with everyday stressors, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, chronic illness and grief. I have worked with teens and adults over the past 20 years, providing a warm, welcoming and safe environment, where a patient can safely explore their thoughts and feelings. I am offering on-line Telehealth sessions to help cope with these unique challenges for patients who live in New Jersey and New York. I also am offering in person sessions.
