Therapy is a very personal process and it's important to find the right therapist to guide you in your journey. My clinical approach is to create an accepting, supportive and anti-oppressive space for people to work through challenges, process and heal from traumatic experiences, build on their own strength and resiliency, and nurture their sense of self. I have experience working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, cultural identity and challenging family dynamics.
